Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating.
Returns
Not completely happy? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items can only be returned if unopened.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
