Refund policy
We stand behind our gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day returns. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, worn swimwear and used personal flotation/safety items can only be returned if they are defective.
How to start a return. Email starboardshelp@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
