Products & pricing. We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays colors precisely. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability at any time.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Product use & safety. Some of our products — including flotation devices, life jackets, and water gear — are not lifesaving devices unless explicitly certified as such, and are not substitutes for adult supervision or proper safety precautions. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and never leave children unattended in or near water.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starboard Supply Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
